Hello everyone! With the arrival of November I thought that this post would be about ideas....for making and for giving:) The shoppe will be open as posted with the exception of November 19th which is the ESA Craft Fair and Silent Auction where I will be a vendor. It is from 10-3 with over 85 artisans and craft vendors plus a bake sale! It is held at Etobicoke School of the Arts, 675 Royal York Rd (north of Queensway, south of Bloor )

There are so many opportunities to enjoy fibre related activity in November...On November 13 th why not head down to the Royal Winter Fair.

The Sheep to Shawl competition should not be missed and if you have not seen the 50 Mile coat yet.....it will be on display!

November 26th is another day to circle on your calendar for the Guild Fibre Arts Sale at Neilson Park Creative Centre....a show and sale of art and fine crafts.....

Pottery yarn bowls, handmade soaps and bath bombs, lavender products, beeswax candles and pottery candle holders, glass candle holders, maple syrup and Birple syrup:) project bags, birch knitting needles, Soapnuts and alpaca dryer balls, pyrographic art, mugs, ties.....

 

If you are not a knitter yourself  you may want to buy a hand knit item like hats, cowls and shawls for yourself or someone else.

Alpaca rovings are available for spinning, felting or perhaps a pair of Thrum mittens...
