After a busy Spring which included The Toronto Knitters Frolic (which was awesome) the sale of my husbands business (which was stressful) some travel to visit family (which was wonderful) and some health issues (which was not fun but better now) we had the absolute privilege of a vacation in St Lucia for some needed rest and recovery!

I came across this quote by Jennifer Edwards, a watercolour and fibre artist whose work inspires me. I will leave you with it and wish you many happy hours of making beautiful things! "Befriend interruptions. Befriend new directions. Befriend busyness. Befriend the curiosity to try new things!"
Have a wonderful Summer and don't forget your hat:)
